Take a musical peek into the future when Vaudevillians Stage Troup (VaST) presents Rubble, an original musical they co-wrote with Sarita Pockell.

The play takes place sometime in the future, when a colony of adolescents struggle to survive in the rubble left behind after various environmental disasters. They are settlers, nomads and "rubble-pirates", exploring their identities while demonstrating various elements of the human condition and means of survival.

VaST is an eclectic performing arts company for kids (ages 4-15) who love to put on a good show! Sarita worked with 15 middle school students for over six months, writing the script and composing the music for this production. The show features a live band and a question-and-answer session with the young actors directly following the production.
