Conversations with the Blues: Singing/Blues Harp (Chicago Blues Summit)
Conversations with the Blues will focus on blues singers collaborating with instrumental harmonica playing, focusing on the ins & outs of melding the two together in a cohesive fit. There will be a question and answer period in middle of workshop as well.

With Grammy nominated ex-Muddy Waters/Magic Slim vocalist-guitarist John Primer from Chicago, Bo Diddley's sidekick, harp legend Billy Boy Arnold (who studied with Sonny Boy Williamson), Grammy winning Kim Wilson/Otis Rush/Legendary Blues Band guitarist-harpman Billy Flynn, Chicago Blues singers Deitra Farr & Oscar Wilson (Cashbox Kings), Minneapolis harp man RJ Mischo & Grammy nominated two time Blues Award winning harp man/vocalist/bandleader Mark Hummel, the focus will be on what makes great blues among musicians of the highest order. This promises to be a once in a lifetime opportunity for the blues connoisseur who wants to hear history being made.
